Grand Prairie have been tramping the boards on the country rocking, good time, sing-along circuit for a quarter of a century or so.
Headed up by Jenny Ormonde on harmonica, flute, accordion and lead vocals, Grand Prairie define their sound as country rock blues.
Appearing mostly at functions, the band's greatest achievements include performing in New Hampshire, USA as the only other band with country legend Willie Nelson (where Jenny sang Nelson's classic original 'Crazy' for him), and in 2011 when they performed at the same venue with Aerosmith and US country rock band Alabama.
The band have played notable sporting venues including the Kennington Oval, Twickenham (for the London Irish) and Goodwood House (for the Red Bull F1 Racing Team), and have made over a dozen trips to the USA playing from Monterey, California to New Orleans in the Deep South.
London based, there's nothing more the band loves than playing to a home crowd in a local pub.
